采用水培试验方法研究了La对紫外辐射(UV-B:0.15、0.45W·cm-2)胁迫下大豆(Clycinemax)幼苗类黄酮、叶绿素含量及苯丙氨酸转氨酶(PAL)活性的影响。结果表明:20mg·L-1La能明显提高大豆幼苗的类黄酮与叶绿素含量及PAL活性;UV-B处理虽使大豆幼苗类黄酮含量及PAL活性增加,但增幅小于前者,且叶绿素含量降低;La+UV-B处理组类黄酮含量与PAL活性变化同UV-B处理组近似,唯增幅大于(叶绿素降幅小于)后者。表明La具有提高大豆幼苗类黄酮、叶绿素含量与PAL活性,缓解UV-B辐射伤害的作用。
The effects of La on flavonoids, chlorophyll content and phenylalanine aminotransferase (PAL) activity of soybean (Clycinemax) seedlings under ultraviolet radiation (UV-B: 0.15,0.45W · cm-2) were studied by hydroponic test. The results showed that: 20mg · L-1La can significantly increase the flavonoids and chlorophyll content and PAL activity of soybean seedlings; Although UV-B treatment increased the content of flavonoids and PAL activity of soybean seedlings, but the increase was less than the former, and chlorophyll content decreased; + UV-B treatment group flavonoids content and PAL activity changes with the UV-B treatment group is similar, the only increase greater than (chlorophyll decline less than) the latter. Show that La has the role of improving flavonoids, chlorophyll content and PAL activity of soybean seedlings, and alleviating UV-B radiation damage.
