今年入夏以来,持续的强降雨令我国多个省市遭遇内涝,城区“看海”现象多发,承担着增强城市防涝能力重任的海绵城市建设,备受社会关注。本期会客厅邀请国家减灾委专家委员会委员程晓陶、中国城市规划设计研究院资源能源所所长王家卓、同济大学建筑与城市规划学院教授戴慎志,就相关问题进行探讨。 Since the beginning of summer this year, continuous heavy rains have caused waterlogging in many provinces and cities in our country. The urban area has seen multiple occurrences of sponges and the sponge city with the responsibility of enhancing waterlogging prevention capabilities in urban areas has attracted much public attention. In the current session, Wang Xiaochu, director of Resources and Energy Institute of China Academy of Urban Planning and Design, and Dai Shenzhi, professor of School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University, invited members of the State Commission for Disaster Reduction Expert Committee to discuss the issues.
