田径课教学内容不但显得枯燥单调,而且运动负荷较大,身体素质要求较高,动作技术复杂,这些特征使得学生在学习过程中难以获得成就感。其次,学生的学习预期目标受到其自身身体活动能力的限制,加上学生对田径课价值认识的不足,容易产生消极情绪。此外,教师在课堂上不适当地随机评价也可能导致部分学生产生失败感、自卑感,从而加大学生学习认识的偏差,形成恶性循环。如何采用
