美国心理学家詹姆斯说:“人性最本质的特点就是希望得到别人的赞赏”。赞美能让学生品尝到成功的喜悦,感受到学习的成就感,著名的皮格马利翁效应证明:教师的肯定与赞美对学生有很好的激励作用,能起到事半功倍的效果。由此可见,教师的肯定评价,有利于培养学生的学习兴趣,激发学生学习的动机。但在当前小学数学课堂教学的评价中,却出现诸多评价不到位的问题。下面笔者将根据自己多年的教学实践,对如何用好课堂评价谈点自己的见解。
American psychologist James said: “The most essential characteristic of human nature is to hope for the appreciation of others ”. Praise allows students to enjoy the joy of success, feel the sense of accomplishment learning, the famous Pygmalion effect proved: the teacher’s recognition and praise of the students have a good incentive, can play a multiplier effect. Thus it can be seen that the teacher’s positive evaluation is conducive to cultivating students’ interest in learning and motivating students to learn. However, in the current evaluation of primary school mathematics classroom teaching, there are many problems which are not well evaluated. The author will be based on my years of teaching practice, how to make good use of class evaluation to talk about their own opinions.
