本文不仅介绍了钨、钼废料的回收方法,还提出了用“氧化着色”法分离钨、钼混杂丝,解决了我厂多年未解决的混杂丝的分离问题。分离出的钼丝和钨丝分别用升华、氨溶法制取钼酸铵,和经“脆化”等工序制取三氧化钨。以此为原料试制的硬质合金(YG8)的主要理化性能均达到国家标准;也可用来生产高纯仲钨酸铵。
This paper not only introduces the recovery methods of tungsten and molybdenum waste, but also proposes the separation of tungsten and molybdenum hybrid wires by the method of “oxidation and coloring”, which solves the problem of separation of mixed filaments that our factory has not solved for many years. Separated molybdenum wire and tungsten wire were sublimed with ammonia solution to obtain ammonium molybdate, and the “embrittlement” processes such as preparation of tungsten trioxide. The main physical and chemical properties of the hard alloy (YG8) prototyped by this raw material have all reached the national standard. It can also be used to produce high purity ammonium paratungstate.
