The study of supramolecular interactions between calixarene derivatives and cyclodextrin cavities is the basis for understanding the role of host-guest in self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) as well as the mainstay of molecular printboard studies content. In addition, this type of supramolecular interaction can be applied in the field of nanotechnology, which is one of the prerequisites for studying the nano-construction technology.
