报道了人血小板匀浆上清液肌球蛋白轻链酶微量快速测定方法，对该酶的性质进行了初步研究，并建立了较为合适的测定酶活性的体系。该酶活性依赖于Ｃａ~（２＋）和ＣａＭ，其半激活浓度分别为０．３５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ和１０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ＴＦＰ能抑制该酶活性，其半抑制浓度为１５０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。
The method for the rapid determination of myosin light chain enzyme in human supernatant of human platelet was reported. The properties of the enzyme were studied preliminarily and a more suitable system for determination of enzyme activity was established. The enzyme activity was dependent on Ca 2+ and CaM. The half-activation concentrations were 0.35 mmol / L and 10 μmol / L, respectively. TFP inhibited the activity of the enzyme and its half-inhibitory concentration was 150 μmol / L.
