动物实验证实,三氯乙烯(TRI)的代谢产物三氯乙酸(TCA)对小鼠肝脏具有致痛性。然而不同品种的大鼠却表现出不同的抗 TRI 致癌性作用。本研究试图通过观察不同品种动物对 TRI 代谢产物动力学分布的差异,来探讨 TRI 致癌种间差异的可能原因。
Animal experiments confirmed that trichlorethylene (TRI) metabolites trichloroacetic acid (TCA) has a pain-causing liver in mice. However, different breeds of rats showed different anti-TRI oncogenic effects. This study attempted to investigate the possible causes of TRI-induced carcinogenesis by observing the differences in the kinetic profiles of TRI metabolites among different breed animals.
