云南省人民银行机关党委认真贯彻“坚持标准、保证质量、改善结构、慎重发展”的发展党员方针,重视发展党员工作。1990年以来,机关党委把发展党员工作作为新时期加强机关党的组织建设的重要工作来抓。经教育培养,已有22名干部职工光荣地加入了中国共产党。在发展党员工作中,机关党组织注重抓好以下几个环节:一是抓入党积极分子和发展对象的培训。1990年以来,党委认真贯彻中组部《关于逐步建立积极分子入党前短期集中培训制度》和《中国共产党发展党员工作细则(试行)》的通知,结合机关发展党员 Party committees of organs under the Yunnan Provincial People’s Bank have conscientiously implemented the principle of developing party members with a policy of “adhering to standards, ensuring quality, improving structure and paying due attention to development” and attaching importance to the development of party members.
