随着中国加入世贸组织之后,更多的国际承包商涌入我国,更多的建筑企业挤进水电施工领域,市场竞争程度日趋激烈,水电施工企业如何依靠自身的优势、先进的技术和科学的管理参与市场竞争并生存发展,成为急待解决的问题。解决该问题的最主要任务是快速、稳定地提高企业的管理水平,尤其是项目的管理水平。项目的管理水平集中体现在成本管理即成本控制的水平上,而成本控制又主要取决于资源、质量、工期和施工方案(施工组织设计)四个方面的控制,本文就从以上四个方面,对如何实现施工成本的有效控制进行探讨。
With China’s accession to the WTO, more international contractors have poured into our country and more construction companies have squeezed into the field of hydropower construction. The degree of market competition has become increasingly fierce. How hydropower construction enterprises rely on their own advantages, advanced technology and science Management to participate in market competition and survival and development, has become an urgent problem to be solved. The most important task in solving this problem is to rapidly and steadily improve the management level of the enterprise, especially the management level of the project. The level of project management is embodied in the cost management, that is, the cost control. The cost control mainly depends on the control of resources, quality, construction period and construction plan (construction organization design). From the above four aspects, How to realize the effective control of construction cost is discussed.
