用极化曲线和交流阻抗技术研究了改性后的十八胺(MODA)在1mol/L盐酸中对20碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:MODA的缓蚀作用机理系几何覆盖效应,它在金属表面吸附成膜后,提高了腐蚀反应的活化能,其吸附规律符合Flory-Huggins吸附等温式。
The polarization curves and AC impedance techniques were used to study the corrosion inhibition of modified stearic amine (MODA) on 20 carbon steel in 1 mol / L hydrochloric acid. The results show that the corrosion inhibition mechanism of MODA is geometrical covering effect. After adsorbing on the metal surface, the activation energy of the corrosion reaction increases. The adsorption law accords with Flory-Huggins adsorption isotherm.
