改革开放以来,尤其是西部大开发以来,新疆地区间市场潜力的差异直接导致了地区间经济增长差距呈现持续扩大的现象。鉴于地区间经济联系对产地——市场空间联系的重要性,经济区位分析需将视野从本地市场扩展到地区间经济联系。基于以上认识,本文以产地——市场空间关系的角度,从新疆北疆各地州近十年经济发展状况的比较分析着手,应用美国经济地理学家哈里斯的市场潜力模型,计算出新疆北疆各地州的市场潜力指数,定量揭示新疆北疆各地州市场潜力及其空间格局,实证分析产地的市场通达性与空间经济格局之间的相互关联,在此基础上探讨市场潜力对新疆区域发展态势的影响因素,并提出相应的政策建议。
Since the reform and opening up, especially since the great development of the western region, the differences in the market potentials in the Xinjiang region have directly led to the continuous expansion of the gap in economic growth among regions. In view of the importance of inter-regional economic links to the origin-market space connection, economic location analysis needs to extend the horizons from local markets to inter-regional economic links. Based on the above understanding, this paper starts with the comparative analysis of the economic development in the past ten years in various localities of northern Xinjiang and the market potential of the U.S. economic geographer Harris in the perspective of the origin-market space. The market potential index of each prefecture quantitatively reveals the market potentials and spatial patterns of various prefectures and states in northern Xinjiang, and empirically analyzes the interrelationship between the market accessibility of the producing areas and the spatial economic pattern. On this basis, it explores the potential of the market to the regional development in Xinjiang The influencing factors, and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
