随着企业内部改革工作的不断深化,改革用工制度已成为企业改革的重要课题之一。而改革用工制度,提高劳动生产率,势必会产生富余劳动力的消化问题.如何有效地消化富余劳动力,这是近几年企业内部改革中所遇到的难题之一.笔者认为,建立企业内部的劳务市场,是安置和消化富余劳动力,提高劳动生产率的有效办法.1.企业内部建立劳务市场是将企业的富余劳动力实行集中管理,统一调配。这对避免富余劳动力流入社会,对稳定社会秩序可起到积极作用.
