1988年9月13日,北京市第五建筑工程公司主持召开评议会,对北京市五建五工区研制的混凝土搅拌机定量加水装置进行了技术评议。该装置由2m~3水箱、水泵和水泵控制部分组成,通过控制水泵工作时间来控制加水量。控制部分由接触器、晶体管延时继电器、指示灯和按钮开关组成。使用该装置,可有效地控制混凝土搅拌时的加水量,使水灰比准确,从而保证了混凝土的质量。该装置具有计量准确、调整方便、使用寿命长、不受水温影响、水的压力大等优点。
On September 13, 1988, Beijing Fifth Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. presided over the convening of a council to conduct technical evaluation on the quantitative water adding device for concrete mixers developed in the Fifth Construction Area of Beijing. The device is composed of 2m~3 water tanks, water pumps and water pump control parts, and controls the amount of water by controlling the working time of the water pump. The control section consists of contactors, transistor delay relays, indicator lights, and push button switches. The device can effectively control the amount of water added when the concrete is agitated, so that the water-cement ratio is accurate, thereby ensuring the quality of the concrete. The device has the advantages of accurate metering, convenient adjustment, long service life, no influence of water temperature, and high water pressure.
