项目以壳聚糖为研究对象,采用稀醋酸溶解壳聚糖成溶液,通过对影响凝胶成形各主要因素壳聚糖浓度、戊二醛用量及胶凝温度等变量的研究,优化构建壳聚糖凝胶,同时采用红外光谱仪、吸附装置分别测试其基团及其对卷烟烟气中巴豆醛的吸附特性,结果表明:在选定条件下壳聚糖添加量越多,其对巴豆醛吸附效果越差;当戊二醛量增加到10m L(0.320mol/L),其对巴豆醛的吸附性能最佳;在50℃反应条件下的凝胶其对巴豆醛的吸附性能最好。凝胶试验优化结果的最佳加工参数:壳聚糖含量为1.0g,戊二醛量为10ml(0.320mol/L),胶凝温度为50℃。
