目的:建立止咳平喘类中药制剂中非法添加茶碱的检测方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量检测。结果:茶碱的线性范围在1.0～200.0 g·L~(-1)之间,检出限为0.15 g·L~(-1),平均回收率为98.3%,RSD=2.2%(n=6)。样品筛查结果发现一批样品添加了茶碱。结论:本方法选择性强、灵敏度高、处理方法简单,测定快速,可用于止咳平喘类中药制剂中非法添加茶碱的测定。
Objective: To establish a test method of illegally adding theophylline to Chinese herb preparations of cough and asthma. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative detection was performed using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). RESULTS: The linear range of theophylline ranged from 1.0 to 200.0 g · L -1 with a detection limit of 0.15 g · L -1. The average recoveries were 98.3% and RSD were 2.2% (n = 6). Sample screening results found that a group of samples added theophylline. Conclusion: This method is selective, sensitive, simple, rapid determination method can be used for the determination of illegitimately added theophylline in traditional Chinese medicine preparations of cough and asthma.
