随着现代企业的发展,人们越来越意识到人力资源管理对企业持续发展的重要意义。因此企业要合理的配置人力资源,加强对人力资源的管理,以提高员工的积极性和竞争力。企业绩效直观的反映了一个公司的经营情况,是衡量企业经营状况的最直接的指标,战略人力资源管理可以提高员工的积极性和工作效率,对企业绩效也会有重要的影响,笔者将着重分析战略人力资源管理对企业绩效的影响。
