This paper presents a multi-path multi-level interconnection network (MIN). These MINs feature single fault tolerance and dynamic reselectable paths with simplified connection complexity and allow for some multiple failures. The characteristic connections between switches of the same stage proposed by the MIN are different from other MINs, and the number of connections between adjacent stages is the same as that of the only path network. A given source-destination path has a different length of access. This network is given, including the average fault time, steady-state availability and reliability of the terminal reliability analysis. Reliable data show that this network is comparable to other more complex multi-channel MINs. In the circuit switch and random access environment, the performance analysis of MIN shows that the receiving probability increases greatly, and the average path length is close to the path length of the unique path MIN.
