为贯彻落实中央八项规定,推进厉行节约反对浪费制度建设,加强和规范培训费管理,推进干部教育培训事业持续健康发展,近日,财政部、中共中央组织部、国家公务员局联合印发了《中央和国家机关培训费管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),首次对中央和国家机关使用财政资金在境内举办的三个月以内的岗位培训、任职培训、专门业务培训、初任培训等进行了规范。《办法》规定,各单位年度培训计划经单位党组(党委)会议批准后,报中央组织部、国家公务员局、财政部备案。同时各单位应当报送上年度培训计划执行情况。完善内部控制和外部监督机制,增强培训的针对性和实效性,杜绝无实质内容培训。培训费开支范围包括住宿费、伙食费、培训场地费、讲课费、培训资料费、交通费等方面。培训费实行综合定额标准控
