薪酬模式是指以企业发展战略为导向,适应企业生产经营和员工劳动特点的薪酬制度、形式、结构、水平关系等因素组合的基本框架。不断完善薪酬分配制度、优化薪酬结构、理顺薪酬关系等是加强薪酬管理的永恒主题,是激励员工积极性、提高企业效益的重要手段。
