随着国内外轮式装载机的不断发展,司机室安全保护装置受到了极大的重视。为了验证司机室安全保护装置在被落物撞击或整机发生倾翻时能否有效地保护车内的驾驶员,可以参照国际上防落物及抗滚翻的标准进行司机室安全保护装置的室内破坏性试验。阐述了破坏性试验的分类、国际标准、设备要求、环境条件、防落物及抗滚翻试验的步骤及数据分析方法,为进一步改进装载机司机室安全保护装置的设计、制造提供了依据。
