利用光敏反应诊治癌瘤的技术,是近年来国内外正在研究的新课题。血卟啉衍生物(Hematoper-phyrin Derivative 简称 HPD)进入机体后,有向恶性肿瘤选择性浓集的特点,并能被一定波长的光所激发而呈红色荧光,由光动力学作用产生单态氧,对细胞有毒性,当达到一定程度时可破坏瘤细胞。我院骨科应用血卟啉-激光效应,在手术中确定肿瘤范围;检测肿瘤切除后瘤床有无肿瘤组织残留,并有助于选择手术方法。
The use of photosensitivity in the diagnosis and treatment of cancerous tumors is a new topic being studied at home and abroad in recent years. After hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) enters the body, it has the characteristic of selective concentration to malignant tumors, and can be excited by a certain wavelength of light to become red fluorescence, resulting in monomorphism by photodynamic effects. Oxygen is toxic to cells and can destroy tumor cells when it reaches a certain level. The effect of hematoporphyrin-laser in orthopaedics in our hospital was used to determine the extent of the tumor during surgery. The presence or absence of tumor tissue in the tumor bed after tumor resection was examined, and it was helpful to choose the surgical method.
