在现代社会中,保安行业作为特殊企业,将被赋予更新更高的要求。企业要生存,就要创品牌。那么,何为保安的“品牌”形象,保安服务如何向纵深发展?上海保安提出:“以文明、规范服务来创良好的品牌形象”,“保安要跳出‘看门者’的老套,必须更新服务意识,用科学的手段管理,以现代企业标准,构建21世纪人性管理的保安服务新模式。” 前年,上海保安服务总公司开展了保安队“规范服务达标”活动,以“爱岗敬业、规范服务、确保安全、争创一流”为主题。此项活动已进行到了第3个年头,它成为上海保安队伍建设的一项长期任务,也是建立长效管理机制的重要举措。随着这一活动的持久深入,涌现出一批批优秀保安队,服务质量一年胜过一年,管理水平一年高于一年。在客户满意率、保安形象和互学互进方面产生了很好的效应。 就此,我们邀请了几个在“规范达标”活动中得分最高的优秀保安队,请他们谈谈各自的作法和经验。
