弯头是海上平台管道系统的重要管件,它不仅能改变介质流向,而且可以吸收热位移并减小管道推力。当弯头受到内压、轴向力、弯矩、扭矩等载荷作用时,弯头内侧、局部减薄等区域容易出现应力集中。本文以公称直径DN100、壁厚SCH160的90度长半径弯头为研究对象,应用APDL语言编写了计算弯头局部强度的命令流,分析弯头及弯头支架在内压、轴向力、弯矩、扭矩联合载荷作用下的应力分布并校核其局部强度。
Elbows are important pipe fittings for offshore platform piping systems, which not only change the media flow but also absorb thermal displacements and reduce pipe thrust. When the elbow by internal pressure, axial force, bending moment, torque and other loads, the elbow inside, local thinning and other areas prone to stress concentration. In this paper, a 90-degree long radius elbow with a nominal diameter of DN100 and a wall thickness of SCH160 is taken as the research object. A command flow for calculating the local strength of the elbow is written using the APDL language. The elbow and elbow support are analyzed in terms of internal pressure, axial force, The stress distribution under the combined load of moment and torque and check the local strength.
