以学生发展为本,改变教师的教学行为和学生的学习方式,追求教学效益的最大化已成为课堂教学改革的有力抓手。通过对课堂教学调研与反思,揭示教师在构建高效课堂教学的存在问题,提出从三维目标的制定和准确定位、课程资源的有效整合、教学情境的创设、学习活动的有效设计与实施、生成资源的有效利用、学习过程和结果的有效评价、教与学的反思与实践等视角构建高效课堂的具体策略,对高效课堂教学的设计与实践具有一定指导价值。
With the development of students as the foundation, the change of teachers ’teaching behavior and students’ learning styles, the pursuit of maximizing teaching effectiveness has become a powerful starting point for classroom teaching reform. Through investigating and reflecting on classroom teaching, this paper reveals the existing problems of teachers in constructing efficient classroom teaching. It puts forward that from the three-dimensional goal formulation and accurate positioning, the effective integration of curriculum resources, the creation of teaching situations, the effective design and implementation of learning activities, Effective use of the learning process and the effective evaluation of the results, reflection and practice of teaching and learning and other perspectives to build efficient classroom specific strategies for the design and practice of efficient classroom teaching has some guiding value.
