法学本科教育的目标主要是培养从事法律职业的人才。而在以法治国的当今,不管从事哪一种法律职业,都是要运用法律或者依据法律来解决现实生活中存在的矛盾或问题。因此,对于将来从事法律职业的法学本科生来说,养成归纳、提炼问题的意识、发现新问题的意识和质疑意识非常重要。而要增强问题意识,必须具备较为系统的法学专业知识和多向思维、批判性思维方式。因而其问题意识养成非一日之功,需要经过系统的训练。其中法学专业教师应在课堂教学、学生课外阅读、实践教学等方面做学生问题意识养成的引领者;学生应进行多学、多思、多实践的“三多”修炼。
The goal of law undergraduate education is mainly to train qualified personnel engaged in the legal profession. In the current rule by law, no matter what kind of legal occupation, are to use the law or according to law to solve the contradictions or problems in real life. Therefore, it is very important for law undergraduates who are engaged in legal profession in the future to cultivate the consciousness of inducing and refining the problem and discovering the awareness of the new problem and the questioning. To enhance the awareness of problems, we must have a relatively systematic legal expertise and multi-directional thinking and critical thinking. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate non-single-day awareness of problem consciousness through systematic training. Law teachers should take the lead in cultivating student’s problem awareness in classroom teaching, students’ extra-curricular reading and practice teaching. Students should practice more, learn more and practice more.
