本研究根据肝癌患者血清中特异性γ-GT的某些特殊性质,创立了一种利用耳(指)应对肝癌进行特异、快速诊断的新方法。本方法不需复杂贵重仪器,只采1滴耳(指)血,40min便可报告结果。经临床验证,340名健康成年人和30名正常孕妇无一人阳性;普查5085人,发现8例阳性,其中4例(1例早期)一年内发现肝癌;与360例原发性肝癌(PHC)和27例转移性肝癌(MHC)的阳性符合率分别为93.61%和88.89%;本法对肝癌与非肝癌病例检测结果比较P<0.001;本法高于AFP法对PHC的检测结果(P<0.001);本法与病理确诊结果(127例原发性肝癌)比较P>0.20。本法操作简单易行,不仅适合于各级临床应用,而且便于肝癌普查。
In this study, based on the special characteristics of serum-specific γ-GT in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, a new method for specific and rapid diagnosis of liver cancer using ear (finger) was established. This method does not require complicated and expensive instruments, only 1 drop ear (finger) blood, 40min can report the results. According to the clinical validation, none of 340 healthy adults and 30 normal pregnant women were positive; 5085 were enrolled in the survey and 8 were found positive, of which 4 (1 in the early stage) had liver cancer within one year; and 360 with primary liver cancer (PHC) And 27 cases of metastatic liver cancer (MHC) positive rates were 93.61% and 88.89%, respectively. The detection results of this method for HCC and non-HCC cases were P <0.001. This method is higher than that of AFP test for PHC (P < 0.001). This method was compared with pathological diagnosis (127 cases of primary liver cancer) P> 0.20. This method is simple and easy to operate, not only suitable for clinical application at all levels, but also facilitate the screening of liver cancer.
