北京老京华建筑公司成立于1984年,是北京鑫福海工贸集团设立的全资股份制公司。公司现资质等级为房屋建筑工程施工总承包壹级,主要从事各类工业与民用建筑工程的施工总承包,以及各类防水工程、装饰装潢工程、钢结构工程等专业工程的施工。公司现有各类工程经济技术职称人员136人,其中,一级注册建造师12人,二级注册建造师9人。年度完成的建安工作量达8～16个亿,可承建工业与民用建筑80万平方米。公司下设八个部门,七个项目部,三个分公司。
Beijing Old Jinghua Construction Company was established in 1984. It is a wholly-owned joint-stock company established by Beijing Xinfuhai Industry and Trade Group. The current qualification level of the company is Grade A of the general contracting for construction of houses, which is mainly engaged in the general contracting of various industrial and civil construction projects, as well as the construction of various types of waterproof projects, decoration and decoration projects, and steel structure projects. The company has 136 various types of engineering economic and technical titles, including 12 registered constructors and 2 registered architects. The Jian’an work volume completed in the year amounts to 8-16 billion yuan, and it can build 800,000 square meters of industrial and civil buildings. The company has eight departments, seven project departments and three branch companies.
