中国石油北京销售分公司,是中国石油顺应市场经济发展大潮,实施“开拓区外市场、扩大效益规模”战略的产物。1999年,中国石油开始在华北、华东、西南设立销售公司,开始向区外成品油销售市场进军。2000年底,中国石油华北销售分公司在北京筹备组建分公司,2001年4月,北京销售分公司正式成立,全面负责中国石油在北京地区的成品油批发与零售业务。从此,中国石油产业链条的终端开始延伸至北京市场。
PetroChina Beijing Sales Branch is the product of China National Petroleum following the tide of market economy and implementing the strategy of “opening up markets outside the region and expanding the scale of benefits”. In 1999, PetroChina began to set up sales companies in North China, East China and Southwest China and started to march into the overseas oil product sales market. At the end of 2000, PetroChina North China Sales Branch set up a branch in Beijing. In April 2001, the Beijing Sales Branch was formally established with full responsibility for the oil wholesale and retail business of PetroChina in Beijing. Since then, the terminal of China’s oil industry chain began to extend to the Beijing market.
