以纳米Al2O3为添加剂,采用相转化法制备了醋酸纤维素/聚丙烯腈(CA/PAN)共混超滤膜。采用扫描电镜(SEM)及透射电镜(TEM)观察不同条件下制备的CA/PAN共混超滤膜的表面、截面及内部的微观结构。结果表明,纳米Al2O3可有效的控制大孔的形成,不同的凝固浴温度对膜的表面及截面结构有很大影响。
Nano - Al2O3 was used as additive to prepare cellulose acetate / polyacrylonitrile (CA / PAN) blend ultrafiltration membrane by phase inversion method. The surface, cross section and internal microstructure of CA / PAN blends prepared under different conditions were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that nano-Al2O3 can effectively control the formation of macropores, and the different coagulation bath temperatures have a great influence on the surface and cross-sectional structure of the membrane.
