塞尔结合语言和心灵理论阐释了集体意向的本质与特征,进而以集体意向为基础,从地位功能、构成性规则、语言和背景的角度分别论证制度性事实(Y)的结构及建构过程。创造Y事实的过程就是借助语言,通过合作集体地赋予无情性事实(X)以地位功能的过程。但塞尔混淆了集体意向的意向内容问题与集体意向的拥有主体问题,不考虑拥有主体的集体意向内容实质仍然是一种个人意向,不能成功地引导集体行动,也就无法表征和建构制度性事实。
Based on the collective intention, Sear demonstrates the essence and characteristics of collective intention in combination with linguistic and spiritual theories, and then demonstrates the structure and construction process of institutional fact (Y) separately from the perspective of position function, constitutional rules, language and background. The process of creating the truth of Y is the process of granting the positionlessness (X) the function of place by means of language collectively through cooperation. However, Sear confuses the intentional content of the collective intention with the subject matter of the collective intention, and does not consider the substance of the collective intention of possession of the subject. The substance of the content is still an individual intention, and can not successfully guide the collective action, nor can it characterize and construct the institutional fact.
