在学校管理中,校长要经常做出决策。从职能意义上讲,校长所做出的决策,既包括学校教育组织发展的战略性规划决策,也包括问题解决的技术性决策。校长决策应避免出现以下“六化”。一、校长决策应避免权力的个人化、私有化校长决策中,权力的个人化、私有化是常见的问题之一。主要表现为,校长把组织中决策的权力归属于校长个人,并且以排他的方式,超越组织决策权力所界定的权力空间,使决策变得个人化与私有化。
