目的:分析胰腺癌诊断中高场磁共振灌注成像技术的诊断效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取2011年4月-2013年10月于贵安医院及部分外院接受胰腺癌诊断治疗的患者共45例,分别进行常规磁共振扫描、增强磁共振扫描以及高场磁共振灌注成像扫描,记录患者肿瘤区与正常区之间的时间-信号曲线,分析其信号增强率、峰值、斜率以及达到峰值时间。结果:患有胰腺癌的患者,时间-信号曲线呈缓慢上升趋势,肿瘤区内的信号增强率、峰值以及斜率明显小于正常区,达峰时间明显高于正常区,差异具有统计学意义。此外,肿瘤周围区域的时间-信号曲线早期呈快速上升趋势,峰值与斜率明显低于正常区,差异具有统计学意义。结论:磁共振灌注成像技术能够直观的反应出胰腺癌肿瘤区域的组织情况,是影像检查的重要补充手段,因此与其他技术相互配合后,能够更加准确的诊断肿瘤区域的发展情况,为临床治疗提供依据。
Objective: To analyze the diagnosis of high-field magnetic resonance perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Forty-five patients who underwent diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer at Gui’an Hospital and some of the outpatients from April 2011 to October 2013 were selected for routine MRI scans, enhanced MR scans and high field MR perfusion imaging scans, respectively. The time-signal curve was recorded between the tumor area and the normal area of the patient, and the signal enhancement rate, peak value, slope and peak time were analyzed. Results: In patients with pancreatic cancer, the time-signal curve showed a slowly increasing trend. The signal enhancement rate, peak value and slope of the tumor area were significantly less than those in the normal area and the peak time was significantly higher than that in the normal area. The difference was statistically significant. In addition, the time-signal curve in the area around the tumor showed a rapid upward trend in the early period, and the peak and slope were significantly lower than the normal zone, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: MR perfusion imaging can intuitively reflect the tissue condition of pancreatic cancer and is an important supplementary means of imaging. Therefore, with the cooperation of other technologies, it can diagnose the development of tumor area more accurately and is a good choice for clinical treatment Provide evidence.
