企业文化的建立本质上包含两个对立统一的过程,一个过程是良性的、有特质的文化不断建立的过程,一个是不良的、无特质的文化不断衰减的过程。好的文化建立不起来,坏的文化便衰减不下去,同时,坏的文化不逐渐被铲除,好的文化也成长不起来。企业应注重特质文化建设。形成企业强大软实力。企业文化的同化企业文化同化的作用和磁化的作用一样,就是用一个核心的价值与战略体系去同化企业内部各个部分的价值与战略。这其中需要做好两点,一个是源头的问题,一个是媒介的问题。
