茶树的抗寒性因品种的不同而有明显的差异,寻找快速简便的抗寒性鉴定方法,是茶树抗性育种的重要内容。虽然许多学者的研究已发现,叶片解剖特征、还原糖含量变化以及叶片电导率等都与茶树的抗寒性有关,可以作为茶树抗寒性的生理指标,但由于这些指标的测定方法比较烦琐,需时较长,并且要破坏茶树组织,因此,在实际应用上受到了一定的限制。
