在弱酸性条件下,头孢曲松钠能够将Fe3+还原成Fe2+,利用Fe2+能与联吡啶发生配位反应形成红色配合物,其在520nm波长处有最大吸收,据此建立了Fe3+-头孢曲松钠-联吡啶体系分光光度法测定针剂中头孢曲松钠的新方法。头孢曲松钠标浓度在0.10—12.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.09028C(μg/mL)+0.08753,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.205×104L.mol-1.cm-1,回收率在97.6%—100.8%之间。该法用于市售针剂中头孢曲松钠的含量分析,结果满意。
