职工民主评议制度是中国国有企业推行职工民主管理、加强监督约束、健全企业经营者决策监督机制的一种有效手段.笔者采用博弈论的方法重点分析职工民主评议制度对进一步推行职工民主管理的作用.笔者的研究表明:职工民主评议制度有利于克服职工民主管理中经营者的形式主义倾向,有利于完善对企业经营者的考评机制,是国有企业职工民主管理改革的一种新思路.
The employee democratic appraisal system is an effective means for Chinese state-owned enterprises to implement employee democratic management, strengthen supervision and restraint, and improve the decision-making mechanism of enterprise managers. The author uses the game theory approach to analyze the role of employee democratic appraisal system in further promoting employee democratic management. The author’s research shows that the democratic review system of employees is conducive to overcoming the formalism tendency of managers in employee democratic management and is conducive to perfecting the evaluation mechanism for enterprise managers. It is a new idea for the democratic management reform of state-owned enterprises’ employees.
