企业在外部市场的危机,其根源其实在于内部战略和管理方面的缺失。在进入中国市场的国际巨头中,西门子算是一匹识途的老马,从1872年进入中国起,西门子在华时间已经129年,被誉为中国市场的外资“常青树”,甚至在近几年,当众多国际巨头在国内巨头的阻击下纷纷退出的情况下, 西门子依然兀立潮头,成为外资家电的标志性企业。中国有句古话,叫做盛极必衰,经过在中国百余年的发展,西门子这棵百年老树, 似乎也无法跳出这一古老的咒语,自从进入2002年以来,西门子在中国急转而下,先是手机被国产品牌排挤出局,后又在BISC方面遭遇败绩,如此种种,引起人们的疑问: 西门子这棵“常青树”是否开始枯萎?
