采用锥形量热仪对阻燃PVC壁纸的燃烧性能进行测试,并与不阻燃PVC壁纸的燃烧性能进行对比。样品质量10g,测试环境温度为22℃,相对湿度为74%。样品的底部边缘被包裹在铝箔中并水平放置在样品池中。与不阻燃PVC壁纸相比,阻燃PVC壁纸的点燃时间由5s延长至8s,燃烧时间由203s延长至234s,热释放速率峰值降低20.7%,到达热释放速率峰值的时间延长10s,热释放速率平均值可降低22.7%,热释放总量大大降低,烟释放速率降低,CO和CO2产率平均值和峰值均降低,质量损失速率的平均值和峰值较小,到达峰值的时间延长。
