内蒙古阿拉善军分区是北京军区最西部的边境军分区,驻守着近千公里的边防线,自然环境异常恶劣,生活条件十分艰苦。长年来,盟旗两级党委第一书记作为党管武装的第一责任人,始终做到管装爱装,形成了党管武装的长效机制。今年阿拉善盟委议军会议,着眼习主席提出的“听党指挥、能打胜仗、作风优良”这个党在新形势下的强军目标。军分区积极协调地方政府,本着军民融合、平战结合的原则,努力构建军地发展综合保障体系。 The Alashan Army Division in Inner Mongolia is the western border army sub-region of the Beijing Military Region and stationed nearly a thousand kilometers of border lines.
