利用AFM观察了Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9薄带断口的介观结构, 发现退火后晶化的薄带的贴辊面区与自由面区之间存在明显的介观结构差异, 观察到Fe基纳米晶薄带贴辊面区的纵向粗晶粒团聚优势和自由面区的横向细晶粒团聚优势, 认为这是由于单辊快淬法制备非晶薄带时残存的内应力差异所致.
AFM was used to observe the mesoscopic structure of the Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 strip fracture. It was found that there was a significant mesoscopic structure difference between the free surface area and the roll surface of the annealed strip.
