自2007年以来,白云机场航空运输服务分公司客运部在安全、正点保障航班的同时,坚持落实优质、高效的服务标准,大力开展温馨、贴心、周到的便民服务,服务亮点频出,文明服务蔚然成风,好人好事层出不穷,全年共收到旅客表扬信357封,感谢电话689个,帮助有困难的旅客3890名,受旅客表扬的员工达到359名。
Since 2007, the Passenger Transport Department of Baiyun Airport Air Transport Service Branch has adhered to the implementation of high quality and efficient service standards while maintaining a safe and punctual guaranteed flight. It has also carried out warm, attentive and thoughtful convenience services with frequent service highlights and civilized service As usual, there were an abundance of good people and good things. There were 357 passenger recognition letters received during the year, 689 telephone numbers, helping 3890 travelers with difficulties and 359 passengers praised by travelers.
