目的探讨弥散成像对超急性期脑梗死的应用价值。方法对30例超急性期脑梗死患者行常规T1WI、T2WI及FLAIR、DWI扫描,比较病灶显示率、范围、边界及对比度,计算病灶的ADC值。结果(1)DWI对病灶的显示率、范围及清晰度均优于常规T1WI、T2WI和FLAIR。(2)DWI的b值越高,弥散效果越好,显示病灶越清晰;同时,弥散全方向比单方向显示病灶更清晰。(3)所有病灶的ADC值均下降。结论DWI技术对超急性期脑梗死病变的敏感性最高,可及时、准确、可靠地作出诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of diffusion imaging in the treatment of hyperacute cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction underwent conventional T1WI, T2WI, FLAIR and DWI scans, and the lesion’s ADC value was calculated by comparing the lesion’s display rate, range, boundary and contrast. Results (1) DWI showed better than normal T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR in the display rate, range and clarity of lesions. (2) The higher the b value of DWI, the better the diffusing effect, the more clear the lesion. At the same time, the diffuse omnidirectional direction shows clearer than the unidirectional. (3) ADC values of all lesions decreased. Conclusion The DWI technique has the highest sensitivity to hyperacute cerebral infarction and can be diagnosed timely, accurately and reliably.
