通过借鉴教育学、心理学以及管理学等与“分层”相关的的重要概念和理论,结合少先队现有的《纲要》落实、儿童团实践、初中少先队建设以及国外儿童组织的丰富经验等,对少先队分层教育进行尝试性的理论思考,希望能拓宽少先队在分层教育这个课题中的研究视域,汲取各学科之长,为今后系统构建少先队组织分层奠定基础。
By referring to the important concepts and theories related to “stratification ” such as pedagogy, psychology and management, combined with the implementation of the “Outline” of Young Pioneers, the practice of children’s league, the construction of junior and junior pioneers, and the rich experience of foreign children’s organizations , This paper tries to make tentative theoretical thinking on the hierarchical education of the Young Pioneers and hopes to broaden the scope of the study of the Young Pioneers in the subject of hierarchical education and learn the length of each discipline so as to lay the foundation for the systematic organization of Young Pioneers in the future.
