对怒江干热河谷区芒果种质资源各性状进行比较及主成分分析。结果表明,调查地区的芒果种质资源具有丰富的多样性,各单株间差异较大,各性状间的变异系数也不同,变异系数最大的是单果重(65.28%),最低的是叶片长(11.86%)。因此,可根据不同的目标性状对资源进行选择性利用;在进行主成分分析时,前6个主成分(叶形、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、单果重和果实长度值)的贡献率达到95%以上,其所表达的信息能表述整个群体的全部信息。
Comparison and Principal Component Analysis of Mango Germplasm Resources in Nujiang Dry Valley. The results showed that the mango germplasm resources in the survey area are rich in diversity, with significant differences among the individual plants and different coefficients of variation among the traits. The largest variation coefficient is the single fruit weight (65.28%), and the lowest is the leaf length (11.86%). Therefore, the resources can be selectively utilized according to different target traits. The contribution of the first six principal components (leaf shape, leaf length, leaf width, petiole length, fruit weight and fruit length value) More than 95%, the information they express can express the entire group of all the information.
