十省交通科技信息交流会于1994年4月12日～4月16日在洛阳市召开。参加会议的有黑、吉、辽、冀、鲁、皖、川、陕、晋、豫十省交通科研所及交通科技信息站的负责同志共32人。广东省交通科研所和信息站负责人应邀参加会议。河南省交通厅副厅长张圣城、科技处处长张浩明、洛阳市人大副主任范金澄、洛阳市人大城建委主任何心正、洛阳市交通局副局长杨长青到会并讲了话。 Ten provinces traffic science and technology information exchange meeting was held in Luoyang on April 12, 1994 ~ April 16. There were 32 responsible comrades of the traffic research institutes and transportation science and technology information stations of the ten provinces of Heilongjiang, Kyrgyzstan, Liaoning, Hebei, Shandong, Anhui, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Shanxi and Henan at the meeting.
