在砖圆仓机械通风应用试验中,正确运用理论计算,精确得出通风技术数据,依此设计通风系统。结果表明:在实仓运行中,检测的主要技术参数和设计值基本相符,经136小时通风,粮温从38℃降至13℃,吨粮降温耗电0.011kw·h,降温效果好、电耗低,证明设计方法正确,符合南方稻谷产区,解决了基层普遍存在的砖圆仓机械通风盲目设计问题,为规范设计作出了示范,验证了粮层压力正确计算方法。
In the brick circular warehouse mechanical ventilation application test, the correct use of theoretical calculations, accurate ventilation technology data, so as to design the ventilation system. The results showed that in the real warehouse operation, the main technical parameters of the test were basically consistent with the design values. After 136 hours of ventilation, the grain temperature dropped from 38 ℃ to 13 ℃, and the tonning food reduced the power consumption by 0.011kw · h. The cooling effect was good. Low consumption, proven design method is correct, in line with the South of paddy producing areas, to solve the basic blind brick mechanical ventilation at the grassroots design problems, to standardize the design to demonstrate the correct verification of grain pressure calculation method.
