目的 :探讨快速上颌扩大所引起的颅面牙三维的变化。方法 :采用三维x线头影测量系统对 30例RME的患者快扩前后的头颅正、侧位片进行立体整合 ,空间测量分析。结果 :上颌面角增加 ;下颌B点后移 ;SNB角减少 ;面高显著性增长 ;覆变浅 ;上中切牙冠间出现了明显间隙 ,并大于根尖增宽间距 ;上下颌第一磨牙间距明显增宽。结论 :在冠状面与水平面上左右上颌骨间骨缝呈三角形打开 ,上下颌均表现出向下向后的旋转趋势 ,上颌牙弓的增宽量中不但有骨性扩大还包括了牙槽嵴与牙齿的倾斜、移位
Objective: To investigate the three-dimensional changes of craniofacial deformity caused by rapid maxillary expansion. Methods: Three-dimensional x-ray cephalometric system was used to measure the stereoscopic integration and space measurement of the cranial and lateral cephalograms of 30 RME patients before and after fast-expansion. Results: Maxillofacial angle increased; mandibular B point after the shift; SNB angle decreased; surface height increased significantly; superficial rectal shallow; superior inter-incisor crown appeared obvious gap, and greater than the root tip widening spacing; First molar spacing was significantly wider. Conclusion: The maxillary and maxillary interphalangeal seams in the coronal plane and the horizontal plane are triangular in shape, and the mandibular maxillae show a downward-backward rotation tendency.
