在小型石英反应管中用模拟的黄铁矿焙烧气和有色冶炼厂含二氧化硫废气对东湘桥氧化锰矿石进行了硫酸盐化焙烧条件实验。考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、磨矿细度、添加剂种类和用量,二氧化硫浓度等条件对矿石中有价元素锰、钴和镍浸出率的影响。实验结果发现,焙烧的温度制度、磨矿细度和添加剂对各元素的浸出率有显著的影响,其它条件影响不大。可以推荐下列工艺制度:矿石细磨添加2-3%硫酸钠造粒,在400℃和700℃左右用含SO_2废气进行两段硫酸盐化焙烧,而后浸出。由此可得锰浸出率一般大于90%,最高可达97%;钴浸出率大于80%,最高亦达97%。在利用含SO_2废气时,可以利用废气余热一段加热,只要废气温度高于400℃,矿石充分磨细,也可以得到较满意的结果。
Simulated pyrite roasting gas and non-ferrous smelter sulfur dioxide-containing waste gas were used in the small quartz reaction tube to test the sulfated roasting conditions of the Dongxiangqiao manganese oxide ore. The effects of calcination temperature, calcination time, grinding fineness, type and amount of additives, sulfur dioxide concentration on the leaching rates of manganese, cobalt and nickel in ore were investigated. The experimental results show that the calcination temperature system, grinding fineness and additives have a significant impact on the leaching rate of various elements, other conditions have little effect. The following process system can be recommended: finely ground ores 2-3% sodium sulfate granulation, two stages of sulfated roasting with SO 2 -containing exhaust gas at 400 ° C and 700 ° C, and then leaching. This results in a manganese leach rate of more than 90% and a maximum of 97%, a cobalt leaching rate of more than 80% and a maximum of 97%. In the use of SO2-containing exhaust gas, waste heat can be used for a period of heating, as long as the exhaust gas temperature is higher than 400 ℃, the ore fully ground, you can get more satisfactory results.
