2015年Benoit Chargy加入北京华尔道夫酒店的管理团队担任行政总厨,立志用他与生俱来对美食的热情为世界宾客缔造味蕾上的惊喜时光。Benoit Chargy在烹饪界有20多年的经验,其中有近12年立志于甜品界,用不计其数的精致甜品伴宾客度过甜蜜时光。虽然Benoit Chargy已经晋升为行政总厨多年,退出甜品制作的一线团队,但他仍然经常收到世界各地老顾客们的邮件,咨询定制甜品的事宜,足以说明宾客对其甜品的肯定与支持。
In 2015, Benoit Chargy joined the management team of Waldorf Astoria Beijing as executive chef and determined to use his innate passion for food to create a pleasant surprise for the world’s guests. Benoit Chargy has more than 20 years of experience in the culinary world, of which nearly 12 years have devoted themselves to the dessert industry, spending sweet time with countless fine desserts. Although Benoit Chargy has been promoted to Executive Chef for many years to leave the dessert production frontline team, Benoit Chargy still frequently receives emails from regular customers around the world and inquiries about custom desserts, demonstrating the guests’ recognition and support for their desserts.
